Hidden Gem In Our Own Backyard

Neepawa Banner feature on Earth Rhythms:  We recently had the opportunity to host Stephanie Lisoway, a staff writer for the Neepawa Banner in the town closely associated with the Lily Festival and the birthplace of Margaret Laurence, a well-respected Canadian literary figure. 

Stephanie was interested in reviewing the kind of programming that we provided, and helping her readers to better understand the kinds of nature-based tourism that exists within their backyard.  As Stephanie and I discussed how best to give her "a taste of Riding Mountain nature", it occurred to me that maybe she could accompany me as I did some research for an upcoming family group that had booked a photo and wildlife safari with me.
