Looking beyond our paradigms

For many years, Earth Rhythms and associates have been creating and delivering customized corporate team retreats and team learning programs.  These have been delivered at Riding Mountain National Park, in Winnipeg, and many other locations throughout Manitoba.  One of our long-term clients has been Princess Auto. 

Bob Tallman, owner of the company offered his comments about a senior management retreat that Earth Rhythms coordinated..."I was looking for an opportunity  to take a group which was newly formed, and give them an opportunity to learn to work and have fun together. By choosing an outside theme I was hoping that the barriers which exist in the office setting would disappear.  I think on balance we received exactly what I was looking for plus we learned a little bit about the area and it's wildlife.  I think in retrospect it has provided a lasting imprint upon our senior leadership team.  One of having created a greater sense of team and also of looking beyond our own paradigms."
